The ever-practical Dexter makes an very unceremonial marriage proposal to Rita, which even Astor and Cody reject. Dexter must find a way to convince Rita that his desires are more than a convenience coupling. Frustrated by the failure of Miami Metro Homicde’s failure to capture Freebo, Ramon Prado uses underground tactics to locate him, still believing that Freebo is responsible for Oscar’s death. Dexter realises that Ramon is dangerous so begins to prove to Miguel that he cannot be trusted. Debra continues to be harrassed by the Internal Affairs agent.
