Attending Narcotics Anonymous due to lying to Rita about Paul’s death, Dexter is afraid that the addicts will see though his mask. A used car salesman becomes Dexter’s latest target. Newly assigned by Agent Lundy to the Bay Harbour Butcher case, Debra finds a possible pattern to the victims. Rita makes it perfectly clear to Dexter that he continue the 12 step program or their relationship is over, Dexter abides and is surprised by unexpected perk to the NA program.
