The truth about Harry begins to destroy Dexter’s trust in the code which Harry taught him and Dexter has based his entire life upon. Why should he follow a code that his stepfather could’nt accept? To trap Dexter, Lila accuses Batista of rape, who is then relieved of his duties. Debra digs into Lila’s paperwork and finds that she is in the US illegally. Mounting pressure on the case brings Lundy’s superior to Miami who takes over the entire investigation. Doakes makes a run for it from the cabin, only to end up worse off than before.
