Vincent “Vince” Masuka is always, I mean *always* making leud jokes, if he’s not, he’s making inappropriate passes at women, especially Debra. Another non-officer forensic specialist, Vince often works with Dexter on cases. Even though he is particularly good at his job, Vince never seems to get the respect he desires from workmates in the Homicide division.
